Search candidates by phone number

We have a large volume of applications and approx 200 stores. It would be really great if we could search candidates via phone number when they call back to improve efficiencies. I can't see this being any different than searching by email.

Duplicate job vacancies

There should be a way to easily duplicate a job vacancy and have the ability to edit the details before publishing to save time creating a job vacancy from scratch if it can easily be copied.

Notified if referees emails bounceback /are undeliverable

At the moment we are in the dark, we keep chasing references , but actually the email we are given maybe doesnt work, person may of left, or we have been given incorrect info, but how would we ever know ?
