When we're on-boarding candidates my team of administrators share out the workload. Allowing them to put their name against each candidate so that it is clear to team who is working on which file, and a notes field, would allow them to stop using an excel tracker and give me instant access to see who's doing what. Making those reports configurable so that I can choose what fields to view on my dashboard would allow me to see at a glance where we are at with each person.
