'All Vacancies' on dashboard to also display list of all uncontacted applicants under Tasks

Currently on the dashboard, you can click 'All Vacancies' and it will show you the info for all vacancies and offers awaiting approval and all scheduled interviews etc, but it still only shows you 'Contact Declined Candidate' tasks for roles the individual user is added into, not for all vacancies as intended.

Ideally all candidates under Contact Declined Candidate should display when All Vacancies are selected, not just those for the user's vacancies.
