Currently scores are displayed and you can filter individually for "essential" and "desirable" factors. There is currently no functionality to filter by highest combined scores. Therefore, there is not currently a way to be able to see who has scored the highest overall effectively.
For example, currently a candidate that scores 18 in essential criteria and 12 in desirable sometimes ranks lower than a candidate that scores 18 in essential and 0 in desirable if their name is alphabetically first.
This is incredibly confusing for our hiring managers, and when there are a lot of applicants it can take a lot of time figure out who has made a shortlist without the functionality to be able to sort effectively.
