The view of the application form when scoring candidates

Hi,

I have been given some feedback from our managers and wonder if it is possible to make an improvement to how we are able to view the application form when scoring candidates? I have attached a screen shot but when we look at the application form on the left and the scoring on the right, we can't see the whole application form width wise and have to continually move the bar at the bottom, left to right to read the form.

Is it possible to see more of the application form and not have to move left to right with bar and if possible view more of the form so there isn't as much to scroll down? I'm told when they are scoring lots of candidates this is taking up lots of time and slowing the process down.
