Level Required - Applicant Scoring - Recruitment+

We're looking to use the 'level required' setting as part of the shortlisting criteria moving forward on Recruitment+. We've noticed that when we've tested this it doesn't show up with a prompt or icon stating that the applicant doesn't meet the criteria for this particular criteria. The only place it appears is on the score summary, once all scoring is complete, with a tiny icon that's not the clearest. We were therefore wondering:

1. Whether there is functionality in the system for a prompt to appear on screen when a hiring manager is scoring, there and then. So if the applicant doesn't meet the level required for that particular criteria then a prompt will appear and the manager can decline straight away

2. If that's not possible, it would be great if an icon could appear next to the applicant's name in 'score complete' (similar to the icons that appear from the application) to be able to quickly differentiate if all criteria are met or not?
