Adding a box called 'Notes' in the 'Offers in Progress' overview dashboard which is freetype.

We would like to add a box called 'Notes' in the 'Offers in Progress' overview dashboard to the right of 'Current Stage' where it is free type and we can add our own notes. As there are type parts to our HR team, the recruitment side and the HR side, it would be useful for both parties to be able to go on the 'Offers in Progress' section and add notes onto the dashboard such as 'sent DocuSign this date' or 'sent onboarding this date' or 'contacted this date', it would be helpful for us to be able to view it here quickly, without having to wait for an update from members of the team. As we have our own words and processes we use, this is why it would be useful for it to be free type so its not pulling from the system. We would also like to remove the 'Last Auth. Date' Section as this is blank, we don't use it and it is a waste of space, so maybe this would free up some space to add a free type ' Notes' section.
