Making Interview scores mandatory

Hi, during our offer authorisation process HR Partners are asked to confirm that the successful candidate is the highest scorer. We have found we can add in a section for interview scored to be noted in the feedback section but we cannot seem to make this a mandatory or non-skip-able field. Is there a way this could be done please? Seems like it should not be onerous as the ability to add the scores is already there we just need to be able to select to make it mandatory where needed.
