When a role authorisation is rejected in the system, the approval chain resumes from the last completed authorisation stage, streamlining the process and avoiding redundant steps. For example, if a CEO declines, it goes back to the Executive sign-off. Before the HCC is recommenced, the recruiter or the manager who initiated the form can update it as needed and then select "recommence." This ensures that the process is efficient, allowing for necessary adjustments while maintaining accountability among decision-makers.
Thank you for your idea!
Currently, the system allows an authorisation to be restarted when rejected, but it does not enable resuming from the exact point of rejection. This functionality is controlled through configuration settings. If you would like to learn more about this, please reach out to your account manager or submit a request via the support portal.
We agree that this feature would be beneficial. However, at this time, we are not considering it for inclusion in our product improvements backlog.
If this stance changes in the future, we will be sure to inform you!
Thank you once again!
