Agency Ownership

Hello,

We use agencies for around 95% of our recruitment, however the current functionality for agency ownership does not work for our business.

In terms of assigning ownership of a candidate to an agency, we do not permit agencies to hold ownership over one candidate over multiple roles for 6 months.

We work on ownership per role. If an agency submits a candidate for a particular role, they hold ownership of that candidate for that role only. The can submit the candidate for multiple roles as long as they are the first agency to do so for each role. If another agency submits this candidate for a different role within any period, as long as they are the first do do so, they then hold ownership of that candidate for that role.

It would be really helpful (if not crucial) that the system could accommodate the way in which we work this.
