We have a speculative applications vacancy that a candidate was submitted to by an agency, then the candidate directly applied to a different specific vacancy. We would like to put something in place to stop an applicant directly applying to a different vacancy if the are already in the database from being submitted by an agency.

Currently, the agency module can only be configured to do the reverse (i.e. block an agent from submitting a candidate already known to you).
In this instance, the Agency Ownership should have been flagged to you, and you can then manage the ownership, if it needs correcting.
At this time, we do not have any planned enhancements to the agency module on our roadmap
