i want to enquire if we can include dates of employment (start date and end date) on the referee details page when candidates enter this when we offer them the position. as candidates do not always provide references in sync with the last 3 years and only when we receive the reference back for previous employers we can views dates which can delay start dates as we have to go back and request for further references
