Changing the education and employment templates questions on application form

There are template questions for education and employment, available for the application form. We would prefer the education didn't have school as the title - as there are other educational establishments entered. here Also the date functions currently require a specific day chosen on a calendar. It would be better to have month and year for start and end dates. Not many people know the exact date they started a school/college/job.
