It would be useful for the system to auto-decline any candidates left in the "maybe" and "no" categories, as well as the managers shortlist if not moved forward, after a certain period of time (say a month or two).

Currently, when a role is closed, the system automatically moves candidates to a "declined" status. While this is a great suggestion, it’s not a priority for us at this time given the current functionality.
However, if our stance changes in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know.
