Improve the job search function

Our management development team want to use Networx as a way for trainees to register and find out about internal leadership opportunities within our organisation. As we advertise all our vacancies via Networx, this should work. However using the vacancy search function takes you to search the whole of Networx, not just our organisations jobs. It also must be an exact job title search; for example, searching Vice Principal would not bring up Vice Principal (Pastoral) or Vice Principal – Behaviour Lead. Our idea to address this firstly is to allow candidates to refine their results and search vacancies in a specific organisation. And secondly to allow a candidate searching for 'Vice Principal' to be shown any vacancy with this phrase in the title so that they don't miss opportunities where they want to see all vacancies of that type.
