Agency Brief

The agency brief that we complete looks very different to the one the agency see's - for example, i lay out all details in bullet points to make it clearer for them and they see it as one big sentence. This then causes back and forth emails where they need further clarification because the brief isn't clear. Can their view of the brief be made the same as ours?
