Line Manager Endorsement form to be able to travel with the candidate if they apply for more than one role

Sometimes candidates apply for more than one role at the same time or in very close succession, it would be helpful of the first LME was attached to the candidate and then the completing line manager could edit it or at least view it to copy parts/all where needed rather than duplicating work and filling in the same info multiple times

    Line Manager Endorsement forms are currently designed to be application-specific rather than candidate-specific. At this time, changing this approach is not a priority. However, we agree that the process could be made more efficient, and we will explore ways to improve how the form is completed across multiple applications.
