After further investigation with my colleagues, I realise my initial response was incorrect. I now have a better understanding of the notification you’re referring to.
Currently, the notification triggered when candidates are shortlisted for interviews cannot be turned off. It will automatically send an email to the person designated to book the interview.
However, when we next review improvements to the shortlisting and interview process, we will take this feedback into consideration.
This appears to be an unintended bug. Could you please raise this through the support portal, or feel free to contact your account manager for assistance.
