And being able to sort columns/rows.
Basically, being able to extract the database to an excel spreadsheet would allow that easily... But i have no idea how your system works and if that's technically possible or authorised.

In the meantime, you may be able to achieve the desired outcome using Primary Reports, specifically the "Applicant Scoring > Scores Breakdown" report. If needed, we can also explore adapting this report to better match your requirements.
