Hi,
We would like an option for an overall, "total combined score" to be added to the panel score overview area for each vacancy (screen shot of area attached). Currently, it displays each candidates essential criteria score and desirable score separately. This makes shortlisting extremely difficult as we are having to manually add each applicant ID (we have anonymised applications turned on), their essential score, and their desirable score to an external Excel spreadsheet to tally up the two scores, and give a final overall figure. This isn't feasible when there are 100s of applications.
The fields for "reference scores", "test scores" and "interview scores" are not required on this area or at this early stage of the process (i.e. prior to interview) nor is there anywhere to input this information yet, so these fields aren't required in this table.
Secondly, it would also be very helpful if there was an option to export the panel summary table to CSV/Excel. We are a Disability Confident employer and also operate an Ethnic Minority guaranteed interview scheme, and we are having to go in and out of the panel score summary area to identify applicants who have applied under a scheme and review their essential criteria score in line with our scheme commitments. Again, this is unmanageable particularly with volume applications.
Thanks
Sophie
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.
I completely agree that introducing a combined total score and removing legacy scoring fields like reference and interview scores would improve the usability of the panel summary, particularly for high-volume recruitment. We’ve added this enhancement to our backlog for future consideration.
In the meantime, there is a report available in the Primary Reports section that allows you to export candidate scores directly from the system. This may help reduce the manual effort you're currently experiencing. If you’d like help accessing or using this report, please feel free to contact your account manager or the support team.
Thanks again for your input
