Would it be possible to add an application alert to the interview tab so that managers are aware of which candidates have completed the full application form and not just the quick application.

We’re about to begin work on a new, streamlined application process that combines both the full and quick application styles into a single, improved experience. As this will become our go-forward approach, we’re not planning further enhancements to the existing full or quick application processes.
