It would be helpful if you could edit the content of interview invitations when using self select, prior to contacting candidates.
We hold various types of interviews, that require presentations, assessment centres, exercises, lunches etc and there is nowhere to include this detail on the invitation. Therefore we are having to book all interviews manually.
Hi Aaron, thanks for getting back to me. I'm refereeing to the initial self selection invite. I think it's important for candidates to know what they're signing themselves up to, before committing to an interview.
Thanks for your idea. Just to clarify, are you referring to the initial self-selection invite email, or the confirmation email sent once a candidate has selected their slot?
