It would be helpful to be able to offer to candidate directly after interview, without having to go into 'Interview feedback' and following this process.
This would be particularly helpful if a decision has yet to be made and we have interviews say 6 people. Being able to select the candidate and then in the tools menu being able to offer rather than going into the feedback section.

We agree this would be a great improvement to help streamline the process of making offers after interviews. The interview and feedback workflow has been a consistent area of user feedback, and we recognise the opportunity to make it more efficient.
As part of our plans for this financial year, we’re aiming to improve the vacancy management view. This will include updates to the interview booking and feedback process. We’ll also explore the option to enable offer actions directly from the tools menu, allowing you to progress candidates without having to navigate through the full feedback flow.
