If a candidate provides an invalid email address for a referee or the reference request email sent via Networx can't be delivered for whatever reason, the reference request email is sent but we don't receive any notifications that the email was undeliverable (not counting automated out of office replies).
If there was a way of being notified of this, that would be ideal as we only become aware that it was undeliverable if we manually chase an a reference via Outlook and then receive the undeliverable message, slowing the referencing process down.
Thanks,
James
Thanks for your idea!
Two-way communication is on our roadmap for this year, and as part of that, we plan to surface the status of sent emails. This will help users identify if a reference request email has bounced or failed to deliver, allowing quicker follow-up and reducing delays in the referencing process.
