Ideas Portal
We have a number of pre-starter documents added to our Onboarding portal, and by having the ability to report on how many views each of these documents have, it will help us determine levels of engagement with our new starters, if any documentation is more popular than others etc.
We would also be interested in employee engagement our new employees have with the onboarding portal? In addition to the above idea:
How many times per candidate the portal is accessed.
If it is accessed after their start date.
