On the applicant portal the decision then displays as 'declined/withdrawn'. Could word wording be changed or additional options to.

Would "Decline Reasons" be the sort of text you would like it to show?
e.g. Declined / Withdrawn - "Eligibility Reasons"
Free text in this area would be difficult to handle, and could bring risks with it.
