Ability to manually change role status (pending to live/ offered)

The ability to change the status of roles from pending to offer/filled without having to publish the vacancy first. Sometimes there is not a requirement to publish the vacancy before moving to offer stages and doing so carried risk.

    I hope you are well. Thank you for your feedback.


    If I have understood correctly, this functionality already exists. Roles do not have to be published, in order to process candidates.

    Once a role is created (i.e. it can be kept in the Pending status, by opting to not publish), you can add candidates, and offer them directly from New Responses / interview etc.


    If you are not able to to do this currently, please contact out Support Team, who will be able to show you how.
