Llamau have asked if this could be considered so if a role is not successful or the candidates are not suitable after scoring, they have an option that when they confirm the process is complete, there is an option to add a drop down list of emails to either say... re-advertise, close vacancy or shortlist complete that notifies the vacancy admin of next steps
We added this in the Vacancy creation template screen, which carries over into vacancy details screen, and it is editable via the Edit Details in each role. It is a manual update, but you can copy and paste the dashboard out of Networx, and in to Excel to report on.
Could a email template drop down be added to the Create Task option on the Dashboard, and a user can be assigned that way?
Email notifications would be better though.
