communicating with candidate in the offer process

Is it possible to add the communication tool to the offer wizard. When in the offer process screen, it would be very helpful to be able to communicate directly from here with the candidate (email/sms/phone) directly from this screen. As it stands, you have to cancel the screen and go into the main vacancy to be able to do this.

if its not possible, perhaps add another workflow which is an email function which can be used for adhoc emails?
