Change Default venue to "Please select a venue"

Our venue is present to Central Alliance for the venue locations. We do not want this to be what a HM sees when they go to set up a venue when shortlisting. We would prefer it says something like "Please select a venue". We have many different companies and we do not want one to show each time.
