Have multiple Panel Leads on one vacancy

Sometimes we have more than one person who needs to be able to manage a vacancy, but you can only allocate one Panel Lead and then the workaround that has to be used is to make everyone else a Vacancy Administrator (granting them a level of access that they should not have).

It would be fantastic if you could choose to give multiple people Panel Lead status.
