The system does not pick any particular interviewer. The system will select any of them. Unfortunately, this is a limitation with our Microsoft integration, so a specific interviewer cannot be specified as the interview organiser. This request is a system development/enhancement to an existing feature.

The Interview organiser should really be the person organising but I've been told this isn't possible. Therefore, it should be able to designate a primary interviewer where there are two or more interviewers as interviewwers unrelated to the vacancy are being contacted as the interview organiser
