Are we able to open up agency vacancies earlier to the agencies so they can see the advert but cannot yet submit applications until a certain date to give them some time to prepare candidates ready to for submission
Makes sense to me, agencies increasingly working to tight windows but just asking that they have an agreed window to identify and talk to applicants before the window for submitting them opens. It would allow mean the window for submitting candidates could be reduced slightly and allow candidates to get processed and offered quicker
