Anything that requires your action to be listed under My Tasks rather than Interviews/Candidates

As a recruiting manager, I would assume by looking at My Tasks and seeing it blank would mean I have no actions to complete. However 'awaiting my scores' appears under candidates, and 'interview feedback' appears under Interviews. It would make sense to either move or add a copy of these actions under My Tasks so you definitely know you have a task to complete.
