Visibility of emails sent to hiring managers from the system

Details: It would be useful to have emails sent to system users captured in the vacancy.

Why is it useful: this will help us (Recruitment Team) to check whether interviewers have received the interview confirmation email.

Who would benefit from it: this will benefit both Recruitment Team and hiring managers.

How should it work: in the same way we can check emails sent to external candidates; we should be able to see emails sent to internal users in the “History” tab of a vacancy.
