Candidate Information Tab - Have this default to Not Completed rather than No for all questions (this is misleading as comes up as No for some questions if candidates haven't completed the section)

Auto decline for candidates who are not progressed

It would be useful for the system to auto-decline any candidates left in the "maybe" and "no" categories, as well as the managers shortlist if not moved forward, after a certain period of time (say a month or two).
