Pending Authorisation Requests - Auto Delete

Hiring Managers complete a New Vacancy Request to enable the recruitment process to start.

At times, they may start a request and then get sidetracked, leaving a vacancy approval in the "Pending Authorisation" status. This then does not get reused and instead hiring managers start a new request when they are ready to recruit.

This then leaves a number (we currently have over 40) sat in the pending authorisation stage.

Is it possible to create an auto delete for these based on say a period of 2 months, to ensure the recruitment system is up to date.
