Employee's able to refer candidates themselves so formal tracking is possible

Functionality added for employees of our business to refer candidates to our portal or roles, with this recorded as part of the candidate's profile. This would allow us to accurately track referrals as opposed to waiting for candidates to apply and anecdotally detail their referrer.
