When transferring candidates from one role to another, the option for all interview notes, arrangements and feedback should also be available to be transferred. When transferring a candidate it will usually be as they were silver medallists for one role and being offered a similar role that has become vacant at a later date. More often than not a full interview process has already been conducted and as such the data should be easily transferred to avoid manual input and duplication.

Currently, when a candidate is transferred from one role to another, you have the option to either copy or completely move the candidate. If you choose to copy the candidate, their original application will appear in the 'Previous Applications' tab when viewing the candidate in the new role. Clicking this will take you to their original application, where you can review their previous information.
