We have a large volume of applications and approx 200 stores. It would be really great if we could search candidates via phone number when they call back to improve efficiencies. I can't see this being any different than searching by email.

Currently, the search function in the Candidate Database supports searching by name, email, ID, and mobile number. However, please note that mobile number searches are not available through the quick search feature.
