To keep candidates in our talent pool engaged, and to create a more positive candidate experience, we'd like to start sending them newsletters on company updates and information, advice on job searches etc. We would want to be able to do this in bulk, no more than 3 or 4 times a year. It also enables us to cleanse our talent pool, providing candidates with the opportunity to update their details or tell us if they're no longer looking for new employment.

At the moment, there isn't an automated way to do this based on a schedule. However, you can manually add candidates to folders within the candidate database. Once grouped in a folder, you can easily send bulk communications to those candidates.
