Using Microsoft Forms with an offer task

This would be useful so that a candidate can add text to a document...in this case a uniform suppliers form

    Using the system's Supplemental Information Forms feature, we can add a link that directs users to an external Microsoft Form. This would need to be a static link that doesn’t change over time.

    I’ve implemented this approach previously for another client, and it can work well for capturing additional information outside of the standard system forms process.
