Automatic reminders for vacancy and offer approval requests

Currently when a vacancy or offer is getting authorised, the current approver receives the initial notification email but any reminders have to be sent manually.

Automatic reminders sent to the current authoriser at selected intervals would mean HR users don't need to spend time monitoring approval reqs and sending reminders and these requests would be approved faster.

This functionality already exists on Networx for reference requests, it should be duplicated for the vacancy and offer approval processes.
