It used to be set up so that the Panel Lead could enter the interview details (date, time slots, panel, venue, etc.) once they had finalised shortlisting and that when we, the Vacancy Administrator, would go in to send the invites, we would see the information that the Panel Lead had entered.
It has changed now so that the Panel Lead enters this information in a free text box through 'vacancy notes'. This information does not save in a very obvious place and if you have multiple people to invite, it is quite laborious to have to enter the interview details multiple times.
We much prefer it the old way was it was more obvious, intuitive and efficient.
