Make the Closed option in Vacancy Search on by default

It would be useful not to have to manually toggle the Closed button on when doing a Vacancy Search.

Move downloadable document/job description further up the vacancy page.

I think it would be more beneficial to both the business and the applicant if the downloaded job description was positioned at the top of the page, ideally near the title. Please see attached for how it would look.
