Option to highlight areas of the CV/Supporting Statements when shortlisting
It would be really beneficial if the system would let them highlight areas on CV's / supporting statements etc (for example if there is a stand out sentence etc)
If a candidates details are updated or vacancy details updated, can the updates be automatically pulled through to any other areas of the system, for example offer details.
When we have offered a candidate and updates are needed to the candidate details eg home address, this is updated in candidate details, put it doesn't pull through to the offer details, instead a ticket needs to be raised. I believe this is blind ...
