Sometimes we receive overwhelmingly lots of applications and hiring managers would like to cap the number of applications. currently we are trying to manage this manually and when we see that we reached the maximum number we unpublish the vacancy....

Move downloadable document/job description further up the vacancy page.

I think it would be more beneficial to both the business and the applicant if the downloaded job description was positioned at the top of the page, ideally near the title. Please see attached for how it would look.

Automatic SMS/Texts

To have an automatic text/sms that is sent after booking interviews, confirming the date and time as well as a text reminder either 24/48 hours prior to the interview to remind the Candidate. Similar to when GP's sent texts regarding appointments.

Candidate Information Tab - Have this default to Not Completed rather than No for all questions (this is misleading as comes up as No for some questions if candidates haven't completed the section)

This is currently really misleading. If the candidate hasn't completed this section, some of the questions default to No as they're currently a tick box (eg Do they have a driving licence, are they willing to relocate). Change this to a drop down ...

Please can hiring managers have access to onboarding screen but it's read only, so they unable to perform any tasks but can see how the candidates onboarding is progressing

Please can hiring managers have access to onboarding screen, but not be able to make any amendments, so they are able to track candidates journey through the hiring process.
