Adding "Created by" field on vacancy and offer authorisation emails
It would be useful for the vacancy and offer authorisation emails to have "Created by (User)", to allow the authoriser to see who raised the vacancy/offer and liasie with them if they have any questions or concerns before they approve the vacancy.
