Change the 'Mark as Complete' checkbox to be a specific button.

When completing an offer form section, the user has to tick a mark as complete checkbox to mark the section as complete. It would be far better if the user could just click a Save and Complete button and maybe have a Save Incomplete button.

Click number to call via Teams

It would be really useful and time saving if we could just click a candidates phone number from their details screen and it would call them via MS Teams.

Add close button to screens

Many pages such as the 'Digitally Signed Docs' screen do not have a close button or an 'X' meaning it's not an easy exit back to the homepage or previous screen. You either have to refresh or press back multiple times.
