Automatic rejection of an authorisation form following a period of time

If an authorisation form remains with a single reviewer for more than 62 days, it will be automatically rejected. This measure prevents forms from stagnating in the system and encourages prompt responses from authorisers.

Change the 'Mark as Complete' checkbox to be a specific button.
