Indication of whether Referee details have been received or not

When requesting referee details, we sometimes find that the email is no longer valid, or is not valid to start with. This impacts the recruitment process. Any indication that the email has been received would be beneficial.

Add CC (Carbon Copy) and BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) for emails sent from ATS

It would be helpful to have the CC (Carbon Copy) and BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) added to our email templates. This is mainly for sending interview confirmations because some internal managers use different email addresses.
